Equipaments Hosteleria Salou is a Salou- and Vila-Seca-based company specialised in high-quality hostelry equipment and the official supplier for the province of Tarragona, selling to hotels, restaurants, schools and hospitals as well as individuals. During the pandemic it suffered a ransomware attack; I ran the disaster recovery and rebuilt its computing infrastructure with a stronger security posture. Its GitHub organization holds projects to administer the company’s Windows machines and employee automation.
