eChempad is a web platform to manage the life-cycle of experimental chemistry data at the Institut Català d’Investigació Química (ICIQ). It lets experimental chemists extract research datasets from PerkinElmer Signals Notebook and export them to CORA.RDR, the official Dataverse-based research data repository. The back end is built with Java, Spring Boot and PostgreSQL, the front end with ZK, and it is deployed with Docker onto an on-premise server; the Dataverse integration also required contributing patches to IQSS/dataverse-client-java.
