Justicier is a Microsoft-cloud-native automation that retrieves HR documents from SharePoint and extracts the relevant pages of payroll PDFs for a given employee and period of time. Employees submit requests through Microsoft Forms, a Microsoft List holds the execution parameters, and Power Automate runs a Microsoft Approvals workflow for authorized HR personnel to sign off each request. On approval, an on-premises Jenkins instance behind an NGINX firewall triggers the Python job, while the OneDrive client for Linux keeps the SharePoint inputs and processed outputs in sync. When the job finishes the requester gets an email and the output is uploaded to their private SharePoint folder. Components are packaged as Docker images and shipped through GitHub Actions and Jenkins pipelines. “Justicier Massiu” builds on top of it, accepting an Excel that lists many Justicier requests at once for bulk operations.
